Returns Policy

• If you wish to return the item, we will only accept it, in the condition that it was received in.
• Returns accepted within 30 Days
• Buyer pays return postage costs, if the item was compared incorreclty - see compatibility section below
• There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (certain circumstances)

Postage

• Items are sent with 2nd class standard post with Royal Mail, postage cost provided at the checkout
• If you purchase 2 or more items (min 2 keys covers - this does not include keyrings or accessories) postage is free!

Compatibility

• Please compare carefully before placing your order
• Please note, there are many different types of key fobs with different functions, going off the title alone is not sufficient, you need to visually compare that it is suitbable.
• In some cases, if your key has been swapped out, and is not original, the covers may not fit
• If you are not sure, please contact us, send a photo of your key and we can help

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, this does not apply to sale items.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we don't offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items.
